Graphite Petroleum Coke is graphitized at a high temperature of 3000 °C in the Acheson graphitization furnace to form graphitized graphite coke.
Graphitized petroleum coke is a kind of high-quality steelmaking and casting recarburizer. It has the advantages of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur content, low nitrogen content, fast absorption speed, good carbonization effect and no dross.
1.Graphite Recarburizer is mainly used for metallurgy & foundry, it can improve the carbon content in steel-melting and casting.
2.Graphite Recarburizer can increase the quantity of scrap steel and reduce the quantity of pig iron, or use no scrap iron at all.
3.Graphite Recarburizer’s also can be used for brake pedal and friction material.
