The manufacturing process of Calcined Petroleum Coke mainly includes screening of petroleum coke powder, drying, pyrolysis, cooling, screening and packaging of oil refining coke, etc. The specific steps are as follows:
Screening of petroleum coke powder: screening of imported petroleum coke powder to remove impurities.
Refining coke drying: The oil coke powder after screening is dried to remove water.
Pyrolysis: The dried Petroleum Coke powder is put into the furnace for high temperature pyrolysis to release volatile substances and form Calcined Petroleum Coke.
Cooling: The pyrolyzed Calcined Petroleum Coke is cooled through a cooling unit to reduce its temperature.
Screening: The cooled Calcined Petroleum Coke is screened and divided into products of different particle sizes.
Packaging: Packaging of qualified Calcined Petroleum Coke for storage and transportation.
