Ladle lower nozzle series are developed with newest matrix optimization technology and theory of most-compact. Our ladle nozzle is characterized by good thermal shock resistance, strong washout resistance, steady quality and long service life.
Ladle sliding mechanism is a commonly used equipment for steelmaking. Before steelmaking, the sliding nozzle is installed and fixed on the sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism is divided into upper and lower parts. The traditional installation method of the lower nozzle is to install the slide plate first, and then the upper and lower parts of the sliding machinery shell. The two parts are buckled together and locked. Finally, install the nozzle and install the nozzle cover on the outside of the nozzle. Rotate the nozzle cover to lock and fix the lower nozzle.
