DESCRIPTION

Ferromolybdenum alloy can increase the wear resistance of alloy products and is widely used in welding materials, powder metallurgy and other industries. The particle size can be processed into – 40 mesh or even ultrafine.

Due to the high temperature melting process, ferromolybdenum alloy has the characteristics of full alloying, low melting point and small composition segregation. In the process of sintering, the powder of ferromolybdenum alloy is easy to spread evenly and alloy easily, which makes the products have uniform fine grain structure. The use of ferromolybdenum alloy can also reduce the production cost. The practice shows that the product density is slightly higher than that of pure molybdenum powder.
