Ferrosilicon is an important alloy variety in the smelting industry. Ferrosilicon is a kind of ferroalloy which is composed of iron and silicon. Using silica, steel, coke as raw material, the silicon at high temperature from 1500 to 1800 degrees is fused in iron liquid to form ferrosilicon alloy.
