Ferro Silicon is using coke, steel chips and quartz (or silica) as raw materials, after high temperature reduction of 1500-1800 degrees, silicon melts in molten iron to form ferro silicon alloy.Ferrosilicon 65% is a gray ferro alloy product. It is a ferro alloy composed by 65% silicon and about 34% Fe. In addition, it contains small amounts of aluminum, calcium, titanium and carbon.
