Micro Carbon Ferrochromium is also known as big-eye chrome. Micro Carbon Ferrochromium can be used as an alloying agent for ball-bearing steel, tool steel and high-speed steel with higher carbon content, to increase the steel’s hardenability, wear resistance and hardness. Micro Carbon Ferrochromium can be used as an additive to improve the wear resistance, hardness and heat resistance of cast iron. Micro Carbon Ferrochromium can be used as a chromium-containing raw material for the slag-free production of silicon-chromium alloy and medium-, low- and micro-carbon ferrochrome. Micro Carbon Ferrochromium can be used as a chromium-containing raw material to produce chromium metal by electrolysis. Micro Carbon Ferrochromium can be used as a raw material to smelt stainless steel by oxygen blowing.
