Electrolytic manganese production process mainly includes raw material preparation, electrolytic, washing, drying, grinding, screening, packaging and other steps.
Raw material preparation: the raw materials are crushed and screened to obtain the required raw materials;
Electrolysis: put the raw material into the electrolytic cell, add the appropriate amount of alkali solution, heating evaporation, so that the manganese ion in the raw material dissolve;
Washing: wash the dissolved matter in the electrolyte to remove impurities;
Drying: drying the washed solution to obtain pure manganese;
Pulverize: Pulverize dried pure manganese to obtain fine manganese powder;
Screening: The pulverized manganese powder is screened to obtain manganese powder that meets the requirements; Packaging: Packaging the screened manganese powder for transport and use.
