Electrolytic Manganese Metal flakes is pure Manganese with Mn content between 99.7%-99.9% and C-0.01-0.04%, Se-0.08%, S-0.04%, P-0.04%, Fe: 0.03% .Electrolytic manganese metal flake is mainly used as an additive in the manufacturing of Steel. Added to improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys 3000-series, especially those used in the production of beverage can sheet alloys. Mn also acts as a deoxidizer or desulphuriser in the production of Steel. It is also used in the production of flux mixtures for welding rods.
