Electrolytic manganese metal, also known as high purity manganese, is defined as an element which is considered as a pure form of manganese and is obtained by electrolysing manganese during its refining process. It is a hard and durable metal with high corrosion and wear resistance. The automotive industry is a major consumer of this metal.
